We know image moderation has been a hot topic recently so we wanted to explain why these decisions are being made.
To stay on the Apple App Store and Google Play we have to follow strict content guidelines. This means public images cannot show nudity genitalia sexual acts or the p***c region. These rules apply to everyone so moderation stays fair and consistent.
We know it can be frustrating when an image is moved to Friends Only. We’re always improving our moderation tools and our guidance so decisions become more consistent. Protecting the future of SwingHub has to come first because if we’re removed from the app stores there is no SwingHub.
We welcome respectful and constructive feedback but abuse towards our moderators or staff will never be accepted. They’re real people doing their best to keep the platform running for everyone.
Please help us by following the guidelines avoiding repeated uploads of rejected images reporting anything that slips through and sharing feedback respectfully.
