Most hospital scheduling systems weren't actually built for hospitals — they were built to check a box, and you can feel it at every single step of the way. Doctors are overloaded, patients are sitting in waiting rooms for hours, and staff spend their whole day putting out administrative fires instead of actually taking care of people 😓

MedFlux, a German medical startup, came to us with exactly this problem, and we built their platform from scratch — a web app for doctors and hospital staff, a mobile app for patients, and a TV interface for waiting areas.

After launch, consultation bookings went up 45%, patient registration got 60% faster, the platform handles over 1,500 video consultations a day at 99.9% uptime, and it runs across seven countries!
