NOTTING HILL’S FAMOUS ELEPHANT 🐘

Many years ago a young couple who were on their honeymoon in Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 fell in love with the elephant when they first saw it in their honeymoon suite 🤍

After much pleading the hotel owner eventually agreed to sell the elephant to the young couple

After a lot of expense and 11 months travelling across land & sea, the elephant finally arrived in Notting Hill 🇬🇧

To the absolute heartbreak of the young couple the elephant wouldn't fit through the front door to the building 💔

It was left in Mario's showroom and has been there ever since. The elephant is quite famous in the area.
