This was an Amazon USA business account that had been operating successfully for over 5 years. However, two months ago, Amazon suspended the account due to a Consumer Act Violation.

Our customer submitted 11 Plans of Action (POAs) and supporting documents, but none were accepted by Amazon. Finally, we successfully reinstated the account with just one well-prepared POA. Below is the POA that helped reinstate the account:
