Autumn is creeping into the palette.

Rusty reds, berry tones and a good bit of texture. A few corners from Deadgood and Johanson that feel just right for slowing down.

We’re rather partial to a room with a little warmth. And a really good chair.

Same playful spirit. A little more depth.

A closer look at our 2026 refresh for Deadgood: expressive colour upstairs, richer textures downstairs and plenty of places to settle in.

We loved returning to a space with so much personality and giving it another layer.

We loved curating the FLOOR_STORY showroom for ‘Configurations’, bringing five new rug collaborations together with some rather lovely furniture from SANCAL.

With so many bold colours, patterns and personalities in the mix, where do you start? For us, it was the shapes. Geometric details in the rugs echoed curves and forms in the furniture, so we added pillars to keep that conversation going. A few curtains and a palette drawn from the pieces themselves helped pull everything together, while giving each design room to do its thing.

A big thank you to FLOOR_STORY and Sancal for inviting us to play. Can we do it all again next year?

So London Design Festival - we loved you!! A lovely time to appreciate great design. We wanted to do a post with a favourite from each team member but frankly no one could pick just one. We’ve kind of managed to curtail it to a select group of favourites from us all and these are in no particular order (because we wouldn’t have been able to agree):
1 & 2) Resident showroom. Gorgeous
3, 4 & 5) 2LG Studio’s You Can Sit With Us - Messy Heart celebrating handmade craftsmanship. They also showcased their new fabric and incredible lighting plus gave us a tarot reading (stop with your talents now!)
6) Carding Material Matters - sculptural lighting crafted directly from recycled cotton and textile waste
7 & 8) USM Modular Furniture x Symbol Audio Record shop - super cool and organised, what’s not to love?
9 & 10) the fabulous Camille Walala 🔶▪️🔺🔵’s entrance transformation sketch
11 & 12) Lee Broom sultry 70s glamour in the chant chambers

Part two of our London Design Festival list — this time looking at spaces, furniture and light.

🪑 Perfectly Imperfect
Brompton Design District turns the usually hidden parts of design — experiments, revisions, material discoveries and unexpected turns — into the main event.

🏢 MADE.com x Barbican Centre
A 23-piece collection shaped by the Barbican’s architecture, original interiors and wonderfully specific palette of moss greens and burgundies. Brutalism made rather comfortable.

📦 With Limitations at aramldn
A fictional London flat furnished with more than 130 objects by emerging UK designers, each created in response to a constraint: space, money, time, tools or materials. Resourceful, honest and full of ideas.

💡 The Chant Chambers by Lee Broom Broom
Smoked glass, repeated geometry and a little late-1970s glamour. The Shoreditch showroom becomes a sequence of atmospheric rooms dedicated entirely to light.
