📢 B&L Solutions Ltd is Hiring a Part-Time Bookkeeper / Accountant

B&L Solutions Ltd is an accounting company, and we are looking for a Bookkeeper / Accountant to join our team on a part-time basis (approximately 20 hours per week).
If you are detail-oriented, responsible, able to work independently, and enjoy new challenges, we would love to hear from you!
Previous accounting experience is beneficial but not essential. We are happy to provide training and support to a motivated candidate who is eager to learn and develop a career in accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintaining accounting records using Xero accounting software;
• Preparing tax returns, financial reports, and submissions to HMRC and other authorities;
• Providing accounting and tax-related support to clients;
• Assisting with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks.

Requirements:
• Excellent written and spoken English and Lithuanian;
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office;
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills;

• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping;
• Experience working with Xero accounting software;
• Experience in customer service or sales;
• Knowledge of additional languages, particularly Russian.

- apskaitos duomenų vedimas buhalterinėje programoje Xero

Reikalavimai:
- Puikios anglų ir lietuvių kalbos žinios žodžiu ir raštu

- Gebėjimas greitai mokytis ir noras augti bei tobulėti

Privalumai:
- Patirtis buhalterijos ar apskaitos srityje
- Darbo patirtis su Xero buhalterine programa
- Patirtitis dirbant pardavimuose ar klientų aptarnavimo srityje
- Kitų užsienio kalbų, ypač rusų arba lenkų kalbos, mokėjimas.
