Community wealth building is intrinsic to reinvesting in local areas and local businesses, let us know your favourites, we are always looking for new places to frequent and support (especially now we are allowed out a little bit more)

Our friends Outset Contemporary Art Fund run a programme called that is offering free support to creatives and studio providers looking to negotiate a rental discount with their landlords. Their next session is with Aysha Taylor-Rivoire, Associate Director at CBRE, will outline how affordable artist studio providers can articulate and present the best possible case for rental negotiations with landlords. Aysha will deconstruct the elements of an effective case, including the evidence required, presentation of that data, and appropriate language. Session is on Friday and you can register here.......
