A day in the life of Helpful Digital
We have four vacancies at the moment. For anyone thinking of applying or those who are just curious, here’s what one working day looked like last week at Helpful Digital.
At 1:00 GMT, 14:00 local time in Australia, Chris ran the first of two webinars for a large energy client on gathering and actioning social media intelligence for employees based in the Asia Pacific region.
From 8am Tallie, Jess, and Claire worked remotely to support a PR agency who were running a crisis response exercise for one of their clients based in the Middle East.
Kate was hard at work all-day writing the third of three scenarios for a crisis training programme that will be rolled out in several countries across Africa and Asia. We’ll be delivering crisis comms training for the management team in each location along with a half day crisis simulation exercise.
Mid afternoon Tim met with Paul Norris of Binary Vision and a joint client to discuss plans for the next 12 months of digital support for their organisation.
Sonja was also delivering the second webinar for our energy client so that their employees across the globe could choose the session that suited them best.
Early evening Dan and Phil kicked off the first phase of a four week long programme of war games for a US military university client using our Social Simulator.
From California, Nichola liaised with our latest Trusted Voices cohort, a group of employees undertaking training so that they can represent their organisation online professionally and confidently. She’s also been working on a channel mapping project for the same company so they can audit their social media activity.
