Help shape humanitarian programmes with Choose Love
We’re looking for a new member to join our Programmes Sub-Committee - a small but influential group of trustees and advisors helping guide how our work shows up in the world.
This role goes beyond governance. You’ll help shape programme strategy, challenge thinking, and ensure our work stays impactful, accountable, and rooted in solidarity with the communities we serve.
What you’ll bring:
Real, hands-on humanitarian experience in complex, high-risk contexts
A track record in designing, delivering, or overseeing programmes
Confidence navigating funding, compliance, and risk
Strong understanding of safeguarding in practice
The ability to think critically, ask the right questions, and hold quality high
A deep commitment to equity, dignity, and community-led approaches
We’d especially love to hear from people with lived experience of displacement or the refugee experience.
