👋🏼 Ciao from an almost finished new pizza factory! (Had to get the walk in cold rooms in shot, you know how happy they make me! 🤩)

I’m working every hour I possibly can to get our new production facility up and running (we’ll be moving out of London next week 🥳) And all that comes with the move, liiiike… project managing the fit out, finding a new chef team, new suppliers, new logistics partner, I’m also working on new products (which will be ready for an Autumn launch!💥) and the best part, raising this little lady 🧡( who turned ONE last week, how did that happen?!) There’s A LOT going on! 🤯
(yes I have meltdowns and feel like my brain is going to explode often, but I’ve got much better at rationalizing, stepping away and prioritizing which is a real difference from the me who started this almost 5 yrs ago 😅)
But, I am loving every second and for the first time ever I can see the roadmap, where we need to get to and how (I think!) to get there 💫
Running a business is a constant challenge and a very bumpy road full of unknowns. Luckily, I really enjoy it! I have such an amazing team surrounding me now and after three years of living and breathing challenger brand life, I feel more in control and excited than ever 🥳💥
I’ve also had some lovely messages of support recently from some loyal amazing customers ❤️ So thank you to them and to every one of you who has kept me on this journey! I promise to keep working hard to bring you the best, delicious food full of goodness and love! 😚❤️🌙
