One thing I’ve learned over the last couple of years is the importance of planning.
I spent a long time procrastinating, waiting for the “right” time. But in business, especially in today’s economy, sometimes you simply have to test, try and learn.
Not every workshop will sell out straight away, and that’s okay. Even if only two or three people attend, those are still real people, real conversations and real feedback that helps you improve. That’s how communities are built through consistency, not perfection.
Of course, making a profit matters. But in the beginning, you’re also investing in trust, relationships and creating a space people want to come back to.
I’m really looking forward to our autumn and winter season. 🍂✨
