Today, we’re announcing a new discovery collaboration with Ad Atomica—bringing together Vivan’s genotype-resolved cancer screening data and Ad Atomica’s AI-driven molecule design platform to uncover new cancer drug candidates.

Vivan has generated more than 50 million tumour–drug datapoints through in vivo high-throughput screening of thousands of drugs and drug combinations. These data provide valuable insight into which therapies work against specific tumour genotypes.

Together, we will explore how these insights can be used to repurpose existing therapeutics and design new cancer drug candidates. The collaboration begins with an evaluation phase focused on identifying where genotype-informed design could generate promising candidates.

Our founder & CEO, Laura Towart, presented Vivan Therapeutics on the AI Stage at Barclays Demo Directory Demo Day.

TuMatch™ is our AI-driven tool for rapid, personalized cancer treatment recommendations. It’s built on a proprietary dataset generated by our in vivo drug screening platform, where we build personalized tumor models carrying a patient’s own genetic mutations and test thousands of FDA-approved drugs — including non-cancer drugs — in combination against them.

What makes this data different: it comes from a living biological system, not artificially cultured cells or computer-generated predictions. TuMatch™ is trained on real, observed drug responses, so its recommendations reflect how tumors actually behave.

TuMatch™ matches a new patient’s tumor mutational profile against prior patients with similar genetic signatures, then applies survival analysis to identify which treatments performed best — delivering personalized recommendations in a fraction of the time a full screen takes.
