Willpower Universal is a technology and media company based in London. It was founded in 2013 by entrepreneur, Herb Williams. Herb began his career in the IT industry in 1997 after graduating from University with a bachelors degree. His main focus area was information systems integration testing and delivery. Experience and acquisition of technical and business skills and knowledge enabled Herb to
command senior roles with blue chip firms. For these roles he demonstrated his drive, creativity, leadership qualities and his ability to overcome weighty challenges. Herb decided that his ultimate challenge was yet to be tackled – to leave the security of employment and to create and run the successful business – Willpower Universal. The original name for the company was Willpower Media. Willpower is derived from Herb’s family name, Williams combined with the idea that we have the Power to achieve anything if we are Willing enough to put the effort into it. The Media part of the name was based on the rich media and entertainment content the company had to offer. Creativity and innovation eventually lead the company to provide a more diverse range of products and services. To reflect this diversity, the company became Willpower Universal.
