A beautiful evening at the National Concert Hall, Dublin, as Troy Miller Troy Miller conducted the National Symphony Orchestra Ireland for Gregory Porter’s sold-out performance.

What a year it’s been for 🎉

2025 kicked off with the ’s powerful tribute concert to Dr. Martin Luther King featuring Gregory Porter, and continued in style with two fantastic series of concerts with , as well as including Jonathan’s subscription debut.

Jonathan brought his gospel flair to , , and – marking a European orchestra debut! Further highlights of the year included a recording with and , plus three phenomenal concerts with the with Count Basie Orchestra, Common and Jon Batiste.

2025 saw Troy Miller lead the BBC Concert Orchestra across major moments at the Royal Albert Hall, this includes performance with Beck on April 20th, and returning tonight to conduct for Soul Christmas, a full orchestral celebration featuring guest singers, classic soul arrangements presented by Trevor Nelson.

Jazz visionary Avishai Cohen, appeared on stage at the LAC for the first time on 18 October 2025, realising a dream he has nurtured for over a decade: to create an encounter between jazz and symphonic music, together with his trio and in collaboration with the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra. The concert was a fascinating journey through the many influences of his music, an interweaving of cultural roots and genres ranging from jazz to classical, from Jewish tradition to Afro-Caribbean rhythms, in a continuous dialogue between past and present.
