We are recruiting for a proactive and organised Office Assistant/Administrator to support our London office on a part-time, flexible basis. The position may lead to permanent, full-time long-term work for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

🔶 Provide day-to-day administrative and office support

🔶 Assist with basic bookkeeping and record keeping

🔶 Support recruitment and vetting of security personnel

🔶 Carry out sales prospecting, follow-ups, and client outreach to generate leads

🔶 Maintain organised files and ensure smooth office operations

Requirements:

🔷 Organised, punctual, and detail-oriented
