where people can live, learn and thrive. Reds10 is a vertically integrated off-site construction specialist, providing clients with a full turnkey service to design, finance, build, equip, fit out, operate and hire modular

buildings. Committed to changing the game, it is setting new benchmarks for customer experience and building performance in the modular construction industry. In pursuit of its mission to create amazing spaces with 100% productivity, it is delivering better, faster and more affordable solutions with less carbon and won’t rest until buildings are delivered better than carbon neutral at zero additional cost. Led by an experienced management team, Reds10 prioritises customer experience, building performance and design quality. Pushing the architectural boundaries, it is challenging the ‘one size fits all’ perception of modular construction and instead creating amazing buildings with high architectural integrity in partnership with architectural practices. Its projects range from permanent to temporary developments in the education, healthcare, residential, defence and leisure sectors, all delivered from Reds10’s own manufacturing facility in East Yorkshire.

Reds10 were delighted to welcome colleagues from the Ministry of Justice to our offsite facility in Driffield! The team engaged around the successful RDC programme that delivers high quality prison places at pace, capturing continuous improvement. Timing was everything, so we were able to observe manufacture of the units from our steel chassis to our completed units, on our latest production run. MoJ colleagues were able to interact with our Release on Temporary License (ROTL) staff, and our apprentices.

The visit extended to the review of our technological systems and accommodation solutions. Our lessons learned across industrialised delivery of education and defence estates having potential to be applied into a secure justice environment.

Ryan Geldard our Justice Sector MD said “We’ve not only built hundreds of the redeployable cells, but most importantly an incredibly strong relationship with the Ministry of Justice team and their advisors. With each tranche our product is improving, we’re responding to stakeholder feedback on how it can get better and delivering this in a way that isn’t costing the public purse a penny more. The public sector remains our largest client, and we have so many lessons translate across our sectors. We’re collecting all this data and it’s resulting in better projects, better delivery and more certainty.”

Today, we commemorate the 81st anniversary of D-Day, a significant day that turned the tide of history. This is a time to honour those who served and reflect on the sacrifices they made for our freedom.

At Reds10, we take immense pride in our production facilities standing on the historic grounds of RAF Driffield and pay tribute to those who were stationed here and their invaluable contributions during the war.

With gratitude, we remember their service and legacy.

Tonight, members of our Defence team will be taking on the Tommy Trek to honour the anniversary of the D-Day landings. A 40-kilometre overnight trek through the North Downs, to raise money for the Royal British Legion Industries. All support is greatly appreciated.

In May, Reds10 participated in the annual Dragon Boat Race, raising funds and awareness for CRASH, the construction industry’s charity that supports homelessness and hospice services through life-changing building projects.

Racing alongside 38 other teams, we were delighted to reach the semi-finals and secure a strong 8th place finish overall. The day was a brilliant celebration of teamwork, energy, and purpose — with a fantastic buzz throughout and plenty of friendly competition on the water.

The event raised an impressive £21,000 for CRASH.

Did you know?

Our temporary school buildings can be delivered in as little as 14 weeks, ensuring quality and minimal disruption!

Last year, we delivered Mayflower School in Leicester, a 2,134m2 temporary educational facility consisting of 70 units. This created 560 pupil places for students to continue their education while awaiting the completion of a new school.

We’re thrilled to announce that our project, Wembley Manor, has been shortlisted for the prestigious BREEAM Award under the BREEAM New Construction – Commercial category!

BREEAM stands for Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method. It is one of the world’s leading sustainability assessment methods for master planning projects, infrastructure, and buildings.

These awards celebrate projects that demonstrate exceptional performance and innovation and recognise outstanding achievements in sustainable building design.

The project team worked collaboratively from the outset to embed sustainability principles, leading to an impressive 98% BREEAM Outstanding rating at the design stage—the highest achievement to date.

A huge thank you to everyone who played a part in making this project a success.

Reds10 are participating in the Tommy Trek! A 40-kilometre overnight trek through the North Downs on Friday 6th June – Saturday 7th June, raising money for Royal British Legion Industries. The Tommy Trek is a fundraising challenge designed to mark the anniversary of the D-Day Landings in 1944.

With every penny raised, Royal British Legion Industries can provide lifelong care and support veterans from every service and conflict, their families, and those with disabilities.
