π Up to Β£200,000 β Help Prevent Homelessness Before Crisis Hits
β€οΈ Does your organisation support people at greater risk of homelessness during major changes in their lives? You could receive up to Β£200,000 in unrestricted funding.
The Lloyds Bank Foundation Good Place to Live: New Beginnings Fund is investing Β£8 million in organisations working to prevent homelessness before people reach crisis point.
Around 40β50 organisations will receive funding, alongside tailored development support, practical tools and valuable connections.
Funding includes:
π° Β£100,000 for organisations with annual income below Β£100,000
π° Β£200,000 for organisations with annual income between Β£100,000 and Β£2 million
π€ Unrestricted funding that can be used flexibly
π Tailored organisational development support
π Support for early intervention and homelessness prevention
Who can apply?
βοΈ Registered charities
βοΈ Charitable Incorporated Organisations (CIOs)
βοΈ Eligible Community Interest Companies (CICs)
βοΈ Organisations with annual income between Β£25,000 and Β£2 million
βοΈ Organisations based and primarily working in England, Wales or the Isle of Man
The fund focuses on organisations supporting people during four key transitions:

π± Leaving the care system
β€οΈ Leaving an abusive relationship
π€ Leaving the asylum system after securing the right to remain
