🏠 Up to £200,000 – Help Prevent Homelessness Before Crisis Hits

❤️ Does your organisation support people at greater risk of homelessness during major changes in their lives? You could receive up to £200,000 in unrestricted funding.

The Lloyds Bank Foundation Good Place to Live: New Beginnings Fund is investing £8 million in organisations working to prevent homelessness before people reach crisis point.

Around 40–50 organisations will receive funding, alongside tailored development support, practical tools and valuable connections.

Funding includes:

💰 £100,000 for organisations with annual income below £100,000
💰 £200,000 for organisations with annual income between £100,000 and £2 million
🤝 Unrestricted funding that can be used flexibly
📈 Tailored organisational development support
🏠 Support for early intervention and homelessness prevention

Who can apply?

✔️ Registered charities
✔️ Charitable Incorporated Organisations (CIOs)
✔️ Eligible Community Interest Companies (CICs)
✔️ Organisations with annual income between £25,000 and £2 million
✔️ Organisations based and primarily working in England, Wales or the Isle of Man

The fund focuses on organisations supporting people during four key transitions:

🌱 Leaving the care system
❤️ Leaving an abusive relationship
🤝 Leaving the asylum system after securing the right to remain
