Sometimes justifiably so.

Mostly it is because the plan is too wordy, too long, too pie in the sky or for a host of other reasons…

If you keep your plans short and usable, and make it action orientated, you will be on the front foot.

Many of us in business don't know I'm marketing numbers, simply because we're too busy doing all the other tasks we have to do to keep our business running.

While that is understandable, it is less so if your business is offering marketing services.

I was talking to my Linkedin Marketing consultant, and he really did not have a finger on the pulse of the numbers.

This was very disappointing and probably explained why he was not getting the results he wanted, and I certainly wasn't getting the results I wanted.

In business, numbers can be a bit boring.

However not having a handle on your numbers can be very expensive as it can mean a lot of wasted effort, money and time.

Waste that as business owners cannot afford.
