Yesterday, the Redwood team were joined by a small group of clients and industry friends at Wembley Stadium to watch the Lionesses secure a win against Spain in their World Cup Qualifier.

It was brilliant to reconnect and to introduce clients and friends to one another in such an iconic setting.

The evening was made even more special by securing coverage for our client, London Designer Outlet, in Drapers, highlighting how the continued rise in women’s sport and its growing audiences are delivering a real boost for retailers

July marked a significant milestone in the journey of Paramount Place, as we had the pleasure of supporting our client, in celebrating the Topping Out of Thrive Living’s latest integrated retirement community in the heart of Tunbridge Wells.

Having worked alongside RVG on public affairs and PR from pre-planning through to this stage, it’s been incredibly rewarding to engage a broad range of local stakeholders and media titles throughout the process. It was especially meaningful to see so many come together to mark this moment – including local MP Mike Martin, Tunbridge Wells Borough Councillors, and representatives from the Royal Tunbridge Wells Together BID, Trinity Theatre, and u3a UK.

A particular highlight was welcoming 9-year-old Kash, who won a creative writing competition we developed to involve local schools in celebrating this milestone for their town. To celebrate his creativity, a £1,000 donation was made to his school to support future creative projects.

Paramount Place is part of a wider collection of IRCs redefining retirement living - creating a connected, thriving community for people in later life. We’re proud to continue supporting RVG as the development moves toward completion and its opening in late 2026.

It was a pleasure to join Global Holdings on a tour of Soho last week to visit their impressive portfolio of assets which includes Medius, Soho Square, Frith & Bateman, Beak Street and Great Pulteney Street.

Seeing the variety of the Global Holdings’ portfolio in person was invaluable, as we explored each asset’s unique character both internally and externally.

A big thank you to Richard Cotton and Andrew Ross for the insightful walkthrough and hospitality.

Following our recent rebrand, a string of standout project announcements, and some exciting new client partnerships, we’re growing — and we’re thrilled to officially welcome Rebecca Elms to the team as Account Executive. Becky originally joined Redwood as an intern back in February and quickly made her mark — from supporting clients with meaningful community engagement initiatives, to contributing to a landmark London investment announcement, and crafting communications for major retail and commercial assets across the UK.

The Redwood team spent last week in (mostly) sunny Leeds for , connecting with clients, exploring big ideas shaping our towns and cities, and hosting a brilliant dinner with our clients and partners.
