Wow! Comfort classic UPGRADE! 🍅
We added our new Sundried Tomatoes to a homemade tomato soup, and it was absolutely delicious 😋
Cream probably wasn't a good addition as it took away from the deep umaminess of the sunsoaked Greek tomatoes, we just added it as that big popular canned tomato soup maker does! 🥫

Once harvested, the olives undergo the first cold pressing and the fresh olive oil is left unfiltered for a richer, more intense flavour.⁠
Unfiltered olive oil is believed to contain more polyphenols, which provide us with antioxidant and other health benefits.⁠
