🙌 Supporting the Community with

I started this video wearing the hashtag T-shirt because it represents something powerful in the Salesforce ecosystem — community, learning, and giving back.

And that’s exactly what this video is about.

🚀 From Use Case → User Story → Solution Design

In real Salesforce projects, the solution doesn’t start with Flow, Apex, or configuration.

It starts with understanding the business problem first.

In this 1-minute video, I briefly explain the journey:

🔹 Business Use Case
🔹 Breaking it into User Stories
🔹 Translating those into Solution Design

To make it practical, I’m using a real example:

📌 Event Management System (B2B + B2C)

Managing events for:

• Companies, partners & suppliers
• Individual customers & contractors
• Registrations, payments, attendees, and communication

If you're a Salesforce Admin, BA, Developer, or Architect, this is the mindset used in real implementations.

The Reality Behind Salesforce Role Confusion

I shared a quick video today on something I see on almost every
Salesforce programme —
👉 The confusion between Admin, Business Analyst, and Technical BA roles.

In theory, these roles are clear.
In reality? The lines are often blurred.

Salesforce Admins typically focus on running and optimising the platform — users, data, security, automation, and overall system health.
But across many organisations, Admins are stepping into analytical and strategic delivery responsibilities, which is changing how teams are structured and how roles are defined.
From delivery experience, I’ve seen this create both opportunities and risks:

✔ Faster decision making
✔ More end-to-end ownership
⚠ Role overload
⚠ Skill expectation mismatch
⚠ Delivery bottlenecks

The real question isn’t: Which role is more important?
The real question is:

👉 Do teams clearly understand who owns what?
👉 Are we setting people up for success — or burnout?
As Salesforce continues evolving with AI, data, and automation, role clarity + collaboration will matter more than ever.

💬 Curious —
Have you seen Admin / BA / Technical BA roles blur in your organisation?

Redundancy. Depression. Hope.

This is not just a podcast episode — it’s a real UK career journey.

Jessie came to the UK as an international student with no mentor, no shortcuts, and no guarantees.
COVID isolation, financial pressure, job rejections, contract endings, visa stress — he faced it all.

But he didn’t give up.

In this episode of Kam’s Tech Talk, Jessie shares how he rebuilt his career in Data Analytics & Business Intelligence in the UK through resilience, skill-building, networking, and belief.

If you’re struggling with redundancy, job rejection, or mental health right now — this story is for you.

The reality is harsh: London’s tech job market is squeezing both migrants and British developers in 2025.

The painful truth: UK sponsorship is harder than ever in 2025 — higher salary rules, fewer sponsor licences, and intense competition make it tough for overseas developers.

But it’s not “easy” for British citizens either. The tech market itself has slowed, and even local devs are fighting for fewer roles.

Employers naturally prefer locals because it avoids visa costs, delays, and compliance checks. It’s faster and cheaper for them.

So yes, migrants feel the visa pain — but Brits feel the job shortage. Everyone’s squeezed, just in different ways.

London is still worth exploring, but the path is narrow. Only strong skills and clear value stand out now.

I’m hearing a lot about settling abroad these days… especially UK & Canada.

Everyone is talking about UK this, London that, salary in pounds, 2-year post-study work visa, NHS, Tube life… so I thought let me also put it out here and ask you guys honestly.

Bhai, India mein toh sab kuch hai… startup boom hai, salary badh rahi hai, Zomato 10 min mein pahuncha deta hai… phir bhi dil mein ek darr baitha hai…‘Agar visa nahi mila toh??’ Ek taraf parents bolte hain, “Beta ghar pe hi achhi job hai…”

Dusri taraf dost Canada se video call pe apni snowfall dikha ke bolta hai, “Bro yahan -20°C hai, tu kab aa raha?” Ek taraf LinkedIn pe log “Proud to be part of India’s growth story” post kar rahe…
Dusri taraf raat ko 2 baje VFS website crash ho jata hai aur dil bolta hai, “Bas ek baar slot mil jaaye Bhagwan ji” Hum log sach mein ajeeb hain…

Desh mein sabse zyada unicorn bana rahe,
Duniya bhar mein CEO supply kar rahe,
Phir bhi passport khulte hi dil baith jata hai, “Sirf 57 countries visa-free??” Bhai, yeh dil hai ki maanta nahi…
India mein sab kuch achha hai,
Lekin “thoda aur achha” bhi toh dekhna hai na?

Comment mein batao aap kis category mein ho:
- Abhi bhi visa ke chakkar mein ho
- Abroad settle ho gaye, ab wapas aana chahte ho
- Ghar baith ke chai peete hue bol rahe ho, “Mujhe kya karna hai bahar jaake?”

(Ab share kar do, kisi ka dil halka ho jaayega )

Celebrating the Birth Anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji

Today, we honour the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the first Sikh Guru — a spiritual guide whose message of compassion, equality, and selfless service (sewa) continues to inspire the world.

Guru Nanak Dev Ji reminded us that true faith lies not in labels or rituals, but in humanity itself.

“Before becoming a Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, or Christian — first become a human being.”

He taught us to earn honestly, share with others, and serve selflessly without expecting anything in return.
