Our Sustainability Tool team have done incredible work, conducting the largest-ever diversity survey in the built environment sector. 🛣

Working alongside 8 major companies and 2 membership organisations, the survey collected data on over 526,000 employees across a range of diversity criteria.

💡 The organisations involved will be drawing upon the key findings and takeaways, using the data to set targets at all levels for recruitment, retention and progression of under-represented groups that reflect the demographic of the UK population.

While much of the conversation on air quality focuses on outdoors, indoor air quality - the air within and around buildings and structures - also has a strong impact on our health and wellbeing. 🩺
