A fantastic half-day delivering an Insights Discovery workshop in the beautiful Cotswolds for a leading garden furniture distributor 🌿

There’s something powerful about stepping away from the day-to-day and creating space for teams to better understand themselves—and each other. In just a few hours, we explored communication preferences, strengths, and how different styles show up under pressure.

What stood out most was the openness in the room. Honest conversations, plenty of lightbulb moments, and a real commitment to strengthening collaboration ahead of a busy season.

→ Everyone's working hard — just in different directions
