Office administrator to join a well established and busy family oriented business based on Canvey Island.
We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic, polite and professional, you will be giving administration support throughout the business so phone and written skills are important.
The role will include administration duties including but not limited to responding to emails, answering clients requests, issuing works orders, liasing with members of the office team to ensure works are completed on time, answering the phone.
This is a full time role of 37.5hrs per week (9-5pm or 8-4pm)
Requirements
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in a related role such as Office Assistant, Receptionist or other relevant position
- Knowledge of computer programs used in daily office administration functions such as word processors, spreadsheets and specialised office management tools
- Proficiency in filing and paper management, including the ability to manage business correspondence and the ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to research and an aptitude for helping other people.
