Gellux is the new nail colour system from Salon System Profile. It's actually a gel polish (a cross between normal nail polish and gel nails), which means that you can brush it on like polish, but it lasts like a gel. It won't chip, it won't fade... it'll look gorgeous for 15 days.

There are 30 fabulous colours in the range, 10 of which have a pearlised finish, ranging from bright pinks like Pink Ice through to the deep purple of Vampire Blood. Each colour has the glossy finish of a gel and can be applied to the natural nail or over any nail extension system.

New for Spring/Summer 2012 are the 6 summery colours in the Gellux Life's a Beach range.

What's more, Gellux cures in just 30 seconds under an LED lamp which means there's no chance of smudges or runs developing while the polish dries. If you don't have an LED lamp, then it can also be cured under a 36-watt UV gel lamp in 2 minutes.

When it's time to remove it, Gellux soaks off in about 15 minutes using finger foil parcels and Profile Soak-Off Gel Remover.
