Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) was started in the 1970's by Richard Bandler, Frank Pucelik and John Grinder. It began as the study of excellence - why do some people excel whilst others get less certain results. From that study came a series of tools and techniques that can be applied very well to coaching to help a person achieve their goals and dreams.
