Contract Support Officers required for a Residential Estate Security operation.

The ideal candidates will ensure the safety and security of residents within a residential and estate community.

As part of our team, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe environment through surveillance, monitoring, and quick response to any security incidents.
Duties:
-Patrol residential areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or criminal activity.
-Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify potential security threats.
-Respond promptly to emergencies and security incidents.
-Enforce property regulations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
-Conduct regular inspections of the premises to maintain security protocols.
-Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.
-Provide assistance to residents and visitors as needed.

Skills:Proficient in first aid techniques for emergency situations. Experienced with CCTV monitoring and surveillance systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert at all times. Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal.

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a security officer or related position.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Disciplined, as some days can be long and arduous.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
-A 5-year checkable work history (BS7858) and the ability to supply references on request.
-Access to a vehicle, as some of our positions are in rural locations.

Hi Team, as you can see the title of the page has changed.

Hereward Security Solutions is a company operating In and around London and the home counties.

We will be posting on this site with Jobs that we already have running to boost our teams and for jobs we have coming up to increase our capability and teams.

Our main work and roles will be Corporate Events, Large scale events, Residential estate Security, Close Protection, and some Asset Protection roles.

The company is owned and managed by predominantly ex military guys, but the senior team have been operating in the industry for in excess of 20 years each in various roles both in the UK and internationally. That being said we do not only hire Military and police we will hire any operators that have the knowledge and experience required for each specific role.
