Here are 5 checks every operations manager should run before any deployment:

1. Pre-brief. Does every operative know their role, location, and reporting line?
2. Compliance. Are licences, vetting, and documentation confirmed in advance?
3. Contingency. Is there a plan if someone doesn't show?
4. Comms. Is there a clear chain of contact on the day?
5. Debrief. Are lessons being captured after every event?

Sabaton Security Resources are recruiting Matchday Security Officers and Matchday Stewards for all Torquay United FC home fixtures at Plainmoor Stadium throughout the 2026/27 season.

📍 Plainmoor Stadium, Torquay
📅 Season Starts: 21st July 2026

We are looking for professional, reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our growing matchday team.

💷 SIA Licensed Security Officers – £14.50 per hour

💷 Matchday Stewards – £13.00 per hour
