I'm loving Season 2 of on Channel 4. There was a great episode about dating and connecting to your "er*t*c energy" which gives some really useful practical tips anyone can try.

So I made a video reflecting on the activities and role plays in that episode and suggesting some ways to apply them.

If you feel shame or anxiety about your lack of s*x*al experience or dating experience, I hope you'll find it useful as well as watching the programme - it'll give you hope that you can grow in confidence and self-acceptance, which are attractive qualities.

Join us this Sunday at Oori's on the High St in Penge and take a chance on talking to new people! I surveyed everyone in there last Sunday and everyone was super keen on the idea. You can't always tell from people's faces but the people in Penge want to build community and connect with each other. They just need a little bit of help getting started. Can you be the person to initiate the conversation?

If you've been to Oori's before, you'll know the owners are very friendly and are already building a community. I always chat with people when I'm in there.

Everyone is welcome. (And it's not compulsory... don't let it stop you popping in to grab a coffee!)
