💡The PRCA’s Leading Women campaign addresses a critical challenge in our industry: losing women at the mid-career stage in PR and communications, as revealed in the Socially Mobile Missing Women report.

This initiative profiles women who have remained, returned, and advanced in their careers, offering inspiration and eight actionable solutions to overcome systemic barriers and promote gender equity in our field.
