An intensive 10-week online Development Programme for Black Educators of African and descent.

The programme was born from the recent events that shook the world and called for change.

The Excelling in Teaching programme aims to mitigate against the injustices present in the education system by empowering black educators with the tools they need to challenge inequality so they can excel in their careers.

The programme will be facilitated by Black Educators leading in their fields and will provide participants with the opportunity to develop their professional skills and acumen in line with National Teaching and Leadership Standards.

Please share with your network and with school leaders to encourage them to develop their Black Teachers.
