SATELLITE414 is an award-winning global entertainment publicity and consulting agency based in London. Clients include a range of music, film, talent, philanthropists and brands. The company is looking to appoint a permanent Press Assistant to support the Publicists in their work across a diverse variety of projects. The new Press Assistant will report to a Senior Publicist and two Junior Publicists.

Due to the current climate, this role will be remote and will then be based in our London office when appropriate.



Key Responsibilities

-Collating and Sending Press Coverage
-Delivering Regional Tour PR campaigns, alongside the Junior Publicists
-Drafting Press Releases
-Oversee and manage the interns as required
-Assist on PR campaigns as required
-Updating Databases and Release Schedules
-General office management and admin tasks
-Maintaining our Social Media Accounts
-Building and maintaining relationships with regional media
-Regularly Updating and Sending Press Reports
-Assisting with client proposals and pitches
-Setting up internal and external meetings and taking minutes
-Creating Best Press Packs
-Research as required

Key Skills and Experience

-3-6 months experience in the entertainment/music industry
-Passionate about Music and Entertainment
-Professional at all times
-Confident/Enthusiastic
-Punctual
-Hard-working and proactive
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Understanding of Social Media
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office
-Organised / strong admin skills
-A Can-do attitude
-Attention to detail
-Committed to driving diversity and inclusion across the board
