Fresh sweat doesn't actually smell, bacteria seeping in the clothes is what causes the odor. One tip is to let the clothes dry out before putting them in the laundry bag. This creates an ideal environment for odor to build up. Another tip is to use a white vinegar before you wash your workout clothes. Vinegar eliminates odor so do this and soak for 15 to 20 minutes before doing the laundry.
