This is what Caroline Johnston, founder of , will be talking about at our next Hive Connects this Thursday, 18th June at Yonder.

What started as an idea eight years ago has grown into two shops in Walthamstow selling gifts, homewares and plants, plus a commercial plant design and maintenance service for businesses.

We’ve got 2 seasoned Walthamstow businesses lined up for the panel this Hive Connect, and you’ll have the chance to ask questions directly, hear about their experiences and get advice that might help your own business too.

Caroline grew The Every Space from an idea into two shops in Walthamstow, alongside a commercial plant design and maintenance business, working with companies across London. Caroline actually met one of her business collaborators Harri ( ) at a Hive event!

Alex opened Today Bread in Walthamstow Central back in 2016 after starting out baking sourdough from home and delivering loaves by bike to local friends, cafés and Bread Club members. At one point the flat had basically turned into a mini bakery, with stacked fridges and 25kg bags of flour everywhere. Since then, Today Bread has expanded with a second cafe space in Clapton.

Why not, join us for a relaxed co-working day at Yonder Workspace?

This is a great opportunity to get work alongside other Hivers, enjoy a change of scenery and test out a new workspace.

From 12-1pm, we will have lunch together in the breakout (Bring Your Own - there is a small kitchen with a microwave and fridge) and get to know each other better. Free tea and coffee in available and there is also Wild Grains bakery on the ground floor.

This is a free trial co-working day organised, by Hive Collective and spaces are very limited. Please only book if you know you can make it and cancel your place if anything changes, so someone else can enjoy it.
