One thing parenting has taught me is that two things can be true at the same time.

Watching your children grow is beautiful.

And sometimes a little heartbreaking too 😅

Because every new milestone brings excitement...

but it's also a reminder that time is moving.

They're becoming more independent.

More confident.

More themselves 💭✨

And while that's exactly what we want as parents...

it doesn't stop us wondering where the time went.

The joy of parenting isn't raising children who need us forever.

It's raising children who eventually don't 💛

Still not sure I'm ready for that part though 😭😂

For a long time, I treated everything like it deserved the same level of attention.

The problem?

Everything can't be a priority.

Because when everything is important...

nothing really is 💭

Lately, I've been asking myself:

What deserves my A grade right now?

And what can simply be good enough? 💛

That tiny mindset shift has taken a lot of pressure off.

Because some seasons aren't about doing everything perfectly.

They're about focusing your energy where it matters most 👀✨
