Responsibilities:
● Reporting directly into the founders of the company
● Sourcing and establishing long-term relationships with new and existing clients
● Building and driving a multi-channel, multi-market growth strategy to achieve sales targets while maintaining brand integrity
● Maximise sales and profits potential through commercial understanding of the product, and drive efficiencies and improvements
● Develop a strong, stable team, setting the company vision and ensuring achievement through performance management and monitoring of KPIs
● Be a strong leader to motivate, support and drive a growing operations team to deliver ‘best-in-class’ global service provision
● Be confident to promote the digitally disruptive model to both clients, industry, and potential QA-QC resources alike

The Individual:
● STEM (or other relevant) degree from a reputable university
● Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
● 5+ years sales/management consultancy experience preferred
● Proven track record of increasing sales and retention, and driving company growth
● Deep analytical mindset with strong business acumen
● Charismatic lead-from-front approach to business
● Multi-lingual preferred

At present we are inviting all inspectors to register their details with our new QA/QC platform. This will be followed by phase 2 client engagement and finally phase 3 offering project assignments.

Once we are at the stage of releasing client projects the inspector will be notified of work nearest to their closest location in which they can bid using their preferred rates. If successful, the inspector will receive immediate notification that they have been selected.
