Last week, we joined an incredible lineup of queer-led creatives, campaigners and educators for a half-day workshop on authentic, inclusive marketing – and it was powerful🌈

Hosted by I Am Female* and Unboxd, the event was filled with creative exercises, honest conversations and expert-led insights on how to market with genuine allyship and purpose.

From understanding trans inclusion with Octavian Starr, to exploring inclusive brand storytelling with Annie Bartley, Harriet Phillips and Jude Guaitamacchi – we walked away with fresh ideas, new connections and a deeper understanding of what real allyship looks like in marketing.

The Prime Minister has pledged to review the UK’s parental leave and pay system — and we’re making sure parents aren’t left out!

We're calling for three key changes:
✅ Equal maternity pay for self-employed mothers
✅ Statutory paternity pay for self-employed fathers
✅ Adoption pay for all families — regardless of employment status

Parenthood shouldn’t come with a penalty.
