The difference between company culture and brand culture.

I’ve been asked a few times recently so I thought I’d post some info:

Brand Culture is your brand's personality in action. It's the living, breathing essence that defines how your brand connects with the world. It's the stories you tell, the experiences you provide and the values you embody. Crafting a strong brand culture ensures authenticity, consistency and lasting connections.

Company Culture is the soul of your workplace. It's the shared values, behaviours and atmosphere that define your organisation. From how you collaborate to your work environment, it shapes the daily experience of your team. A strong company culture fosters engagement, productivity and a sense of belonging.

When you do not provide a budget in a brief a few things happen…

The company you admire, have a rapport with and trust to deliver a great job, will end up to be one of the most expensive proposals you receive.

In response, your Directors will undoubtedly opt for one of the more ‘budget-friendly’ options, thinking they're making a fiscally prudent decision.

You commission a supplier who fails to meet your service requirements, leaving you with an invoice that surpasses what the initially higher-priced suppliers had proposed anyway.

My advice to you, get a budget ‘comfort zone’ agreed before approaching suppliers and ensure your required list of services and deliverables are clear and detailed.

A reputable supplier, regardless of the services they offer, should assist you in crafting a comprehensive brief, if you find yourself struggling to do so.
