We celebrated a successful first half of the year last week with our annual Summer Party! A huge thank you to every single member of the teams for the hard work and dedication you bring every day - it's what makes days like this so well-deserved!

Last week, we celebrated National Blood Week and World Blood Donor Day, but the importance of giving blood is something we think about all year round! ❤️🩸

We caught up with our Bid Writer, Katie McTaggart, who has been a dedicated blood donor since 2016. For Katie, it’s all about perspective. In our busy day-to-day lives, it is easy to forget how much power we have to help others. Our Operations Manager, Sarena Bains, just got back from visiting our team in India. While we’re used to collaborating across time zones, Sarena’s trip was a great reminder that global doesn’t have to mean distant!
