We seek a S ales Development Representative / SDR to join a company specialising in IT Software - SaaS. This is a hybrid role with a combination of home working and office based in central London. This role carries a salary range of £25,000-£32,000 Basic / Double OTE Uncapped + Benefits
Core skills required:
* Be articulate and engaging

* Hold experience of hitting sales targets and not be a job hopper
* Be ambitious - you want to succeed and move your way up in the organisation
* Be degree educated, alternatively hold at least 2 years relevant experience, if you do not possess a degree

About our Client
Our client is a well established and very well-regarded company. They have several divisions, including a unique and leading-edge Cloud-based software product. The software product is aimed mainly at Executives and Senior Managers.

About the Role
This is a new business sales role - training and support will be provided. You will have great opportunities for progression and to earn large commission payments and you will be working for a very dynamic management team.
The main duties within these roles are:-
* Cold calling/proactively seeking new sales opportunities, utilising the company's CRM and intelligence provided by external companies
* Identify prospects' needs and suggest appropriate products/services
* Build long-term trusted relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
* Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and senior members of the team
* Report to Sales Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Required Personality Traits (in addition to those listed above)
* Excellent spoken and written English - you apply the "2 ears and one mouth" principal and are a great listener
* An outgoing and likeable nature - people are naturally drawn to you
* Self-motivating - although you will be supported by an experienced and extremely credible senior team
* Negotiating skills
* Ambition, and the ability and desire to develop further in your career.
