Last long run until my very first Half marathon St Albans Half Marathon thanks to Mika Saha.

In March Mika asked me ' do you wanna do a half marathon for my new company?'

I said FUUUCK no.

I HATE RUNNING.

And yet here I am.

I started a little in lock down. Got myself up to 10km and that was more than enough. Gimme a football to chase and I'll be there all day...but I have just never liked running.

And I still don't really. But I've done it.

I've been disciplined to do it. Even when I didn't want to.

I did miss a couple of runs the schedule but overall it's been solid.

It has been a really interesting psychological experiment for me. It's required me to be disciplined and have a solid routine...2 things I am awful at.

I feel like it's given me a much needed energy and focus boost in life and kinda makes me wonder what else I can do if I put my mind to it...

Any advice for race day/ in general would be greatly appreciated!

If I can perform like I did today I will be well chuffed but I'm pretty sure I'm not allowed Pantera setting the pace ;)

I'd love it if you can come down to support us next week - is anyone else running on the day?

Also if you want to sponsor us it is a pretty great cause too be fair - helping homeless young people who have had a rough start to life.

We're over 50% of our target, would be awesome too smash that this week .

Much love to you xx

🌟 Embracing the Power of Gratitude 🌟

As I take a moment to reflect on life's journey, I can't help but be overwhelmed by the incredible force of gratitude. It's a simple yet profound reminder that in every season of life, there's something to be thankful for.

💫 Gratitude isn't just about saying "thank you" when things go our way, but it's about finding the beauty in every moment, even the challenging ones. It's about acknowledging the lessons, the growth, and the people who have shaped our path.

🙏 When we practice gratitude, we're like alchemists, turning the ordinary into extraordinary. We discover the magic in a warm cup of coffee, a heartfelt conversation, a stunning sunset, or the love of family and friends. It's a superpower that can transform our perspective and elevate our well-being.

✨ Gratitude is an antidote to negativity, stress, and anxiety. It fosters resilience and opens the door to a more joyful and fulfilling life. When we focus on what we have rather than what we lack, our hearts expand, and our spirits soar.

So, let's take a moment each day to count our blessings, to express our appreciation, and to share the gift of gratitude with the world. It's a ripple effect that can change lives and brighten our world.

🌈 Today, I challenge you to take a step into the realm of gratitude. Find something, no matter how small, to be thankful for, and watch as it transforms your day. Let's make gratitude a way of life. 💖✨

🌟 The Power of Gratitude 🌟

In a world that often moves at a breakneck pace, taking a moment to pause and reflect on the blessings in our lives is truly transformative. Gratitude is like a superpower that can brighten our days and elevate our lives. 💫

🙏 Gratitude is the key to unlocking happiness. When we appreciate the little things, from a warm cup of coffee in the morning to the love of family and friends, our hearts overflow with joy.

❤️ It's a reminder that there's beauty all around us, even in the simplest moments. Take time to notice the sunrise, the laughter of a child, the kindness of a stranger - these are the precious jewels that make life extraordinary.

🌈 Gratitude is also a powerful tool for resilience. It reminds us that even in challenging times, there's always something to be thankful for. It helps us shift our perspective and find strength in the face of adversity.

💪 So, let's make gratitude a daily practice. Whether it's keeping a gratitude journal, sharing a heartfelt thank you, or simply taking a deep breath and counting our blessings, let's harness this incredible power to create a brighter, more positive world.

Tag someone you're grateful for, and let's spread the love and appreciation! 💖

🙏 Embracing the Power of Gratitude 🙏

In a world that constantly rushes by, it's easy to forget the incredible force that gratitude holds in our lives. 🌟

Every day, I'm reminded of the transformative impact of simply pausing to reflect on the blessings that surround us. From the little moments of kindness to the grand achievements, each one paints the canvas of our lives with vibrant colours. 🎨

Gratitude has the power to:

✨ Illuminate our path: It's like a guiding star in the darkest of nights, helping us stay focused on the positive.

✨ Lift our spirits: By acknowledging the good, we find joy even in the simplest of things.

✨ Strengthen relationships: Expressing gratitude not only deepens connections but also multiplies the kindness shared.

✨ Cultivate resilience: It's a reminder that even in tough times, we've overcome, grown, and learned.

✨ Attract abundance: The more we appreciate, the more the universe seems to shower us with blessings.

Let's make it a daily ritual to pause, breathe, and reflect on the things that make our hearts sing. 💓

Take a moment and pause. What are you grateful for today? 🌈

The most common question I get asked is:
How do you spot the signs of poor mental health in other people?
Well... honestly, it's pretty hard.
Most people put on a brave face when they leave the house like donning their armour for the day.
There are a few things however, that we can look out for.
