If you are a business owner, customer feedback is a vital part of building up you online brand. It is a powerful weapon to establish your reputation and gain more credibility. You will make good impression and users will feel more comfortable to buy from you because there are other people that already used your products/services and have been satisfied with them. People are much more likely to trust and recommend a business to their friend and family, if they found testimonials from previous customers published on your website and social media channels.
Testimonials a good way to demonstrate your excellent services and your value for money. Simply think of Amazon and Ebay which built their platforms entirely on customer reviews. There are so many sellers that offer similar types of products. How are you going to decide which seller to buy from? Of course, you take your decision based on reviews from previous shoppers. The more stars a seller has, the more convinced you are to trust him/her.
Do not be afraid to share what your clients think about your business. This can only benefit you in terms of customers' retention and business growth.

There are plenty of FREE scheduling tools that will help you stay on track with social media and engage with your audience ( I use ).

I have days when feel so inspired that I am able to write 5-7 long posts from scratch. I do also have days when I feel absolutely stuck and need to browse through the internet to find inspiration (which actually not always helps).

Thus, I simply aim to be at least one week ahead of my calendar with 4 posts scheduled for that week.This gives me enough time to plan and organise new content in my own pace without being in a rush, even if I am extremely busy or cannot work for some reason.

My genuine advice is that when you feel your mind is full of amazing things to say, write them down. You can always edit your posts later (at least you have the content).

Do not try to memorise because (believe me!) you will forget what you wanted to say or would not be able to find the right words to express your thoughts.

I believe that every business should reveal their true identity and who they are.

Letting people know you better and showing your real face make the bond with your audience stronger. Even, if it is a simple picture of what you did yesterday or last week, do not be afraid to share it. If someone follows you, he/she knows about your products/services. Give them a good reason of why you deserve their loyalty by adding value/excitement to every post.

Do not always try to sell with every single post. You should share different types of content in order to encourage people to follow you and get back to you over and over again.
