This is where she is right…If you are a top performer and top contributor you have nothing to worry about. If you are mediocre then you have a lot to worry about. ‘Let’s keep John on - Nice guy, he’ll do better next month…’ This scenario will no longer exist. Home working will mean that companies will be judging much more by performance metrics. A good suit, a Nice smile with lots of friends in the office will not fly anymore. As a headhunter my message is.. If your average spend more time in the office. Show commitment. Intention to learn and develop. You probabky will not improve at home..

We are an Executive Search and Recruitment business. We are looking for a colleague to join us in lead generation and Appointment setting Focused on the Czech and German market:

-Work from a list of companies in a defined market. Build the right contacts and database.
-Further Develop the list of prospects.
-Introduce HCA and distribute material
-Diary follow ups and follow up and introduce one of the partners so that a professional presentation can be made.
-working with a CRM and establishing best practice
-Mailshots / business updates

The full JD will be shared with the right candidates.

The salary is 200 CZK per hour which includes a 50% performance element to conclude basic targets according to contract.

Additional bonuses available based on meeting performance objectives. By meeting these objectives your income could easily be 50-60k per month after 3 months.

It is important to note that The sector is not a fast sales business. Relationships and trust are key to our long term success.

Written English needs to be a very high level with Czech and German very much appreciated.

Contractual period is 1 year but we expect 2-3 years and for someone to move from part time to full time if they are successful.
