Mental Health Round Table Discussion.
Very honoured to have been invited to the Houses of Parliament today to discuss everything Mental Health and Leadership. For CCL Coaching Centred Leadership to have a seat at the table was excellent and demonstrates the growth, and trust at the highest level, we are on.
The main focus was on the application of Technology to support everyone across the UK, at pace! Also, a great discussion around getting basic leadership training delivered as LEADERS have a direct impact on their own Mental Health and that of others.
At CCL Coaching Centred Leadership we believe that everyone is a LEADER, no matter what rank or position, as we all have an impact on someone else. Our actions create reactions.
The discussion was very informative and a working group is now established. Having the MP's in the room listening and sharing how committed they are in shaping the UK, and being a world leader in this space, was rewarding.
A huge shout out to one of our partners AdagioVR, Robbie Jones and Sanya Rajpal for being the vanguard for this change. Your VR technology, which is scalable with ease, will revolutionise the UK's ability to manage Mental Health and more importantly be the lead for prevention.
Clearly more to follow - however, for all CCL Coaching Centred Leadership clients, I will share the outcomes and what to expect across the UK. You will have the opportunity to get involved at the earliest opportunity in order for your people and organisation to thrive.
