This March, we’re celebrating being part of the global B Corp community, united by one simple symbol and a powerful signal: business as a force for good.

We’re super proud to have recently re-certified with a new score of 112.1 (up from 98.3) 🚀 A huge team effort.

Nearly 40 B Corps call x+why home, including B Lab themselves, and during B Corp Month we bring that community to life with pop-ups, panels, brunches and big conversations across our spaces.

From The Big B Corp Lunch to International Women’s Day events, it’s a month packed with purpose.

What is your ‘Why’❓

I’m driven by curating a unique event for every individual client, building the vision together, tailoring each package to suit their guests, and creating an experience that feels genuinely different from anything they’ve done before. My energy comes from the full journey: from that very first phone call introducing myself, to the follow-up conversation reflecting on how the event went and what’s next. I love building relationships that go beyond the sale getting to know my clients not just as brands, but as people. Working alongside our incredible operations team is a huge part of that why. Together, we adapt with the industry, continually elevate the client experience, curate more sustainable offerings… and occasionally grab a drink while we’re at it. At the heart of it all are three core drivers for me: connection, creativity, and team.

I love catching up with my event sales team, even a 5-minute phone call can re set my day and bring a smile to my face 😊

Something you are proud of from the last year and looking forward to in the next? 🎉

I’m really proud of completing a 30km charity walk for the last year a big challenge, but such an important cause. Looking ahead, I’m excited to be the Deputy Head of the Culture Club and get more involved in building a great team culture together.

We were so pleased to recently speak with member, Destiny, Programmes Executive at - Bite Back is a youth-led movement, campaigning for a fairer food system.

Destiny began her journey as a Bite Back activist and is now a full-time member of the team, shaping programmes that champion young people and their voices. Her story is exactly why we created Amplified Connections: to spotlight the experiences, journeys and meaningful connections forged within our member community.
