Noriko Ogawa's most recent concert at the Muza Kawasaki Symphony Hall in Japan has been reviewed in the June 2026 issue of Ongaku no Tomo:

"...they represent the pinnacle of what Brahms achieved both technically and musically, only a pianist who has deeply researched and understood Brahms’s music from its innermost layers could reveal their true essence. It was a jewel-like Brahms performance worthy of special attention."

Elizabeth Watts sings in the UK Premiere of 'Angels Unawares' by James MacMillan tonight at Cadogan Hall, London. She joins the Britten Sinfonia, The Sixteen, Matthew McKinney (tenor) and conductor Harry Christophers for the work which the ensembles historically premiered in the Sistine Chapel in March.

The 70-minute oratorio is a major new statement from MacMillan, coupled with a libretto written by Robert Willis, former Dean of Canterbury Cathedral, completed shortly before his untimely death in autumn 2024.
