Job Description / Responsibility
Develop, execute and evaluate departmental annual budget to stay effective and efficient
Ensure on-time recruitment of workers and supervisors at the plant for smooth plant operation
Ensure Induction of all new employees/workers that helps adapt to a new environment
Implement all HR, Admin policies and the social compliance standards and buyer's COC in the production floor to stay safe, more productive and compliant
Assist Corporate HR in the timely performance appraisal process.
Establish standard grievance procedure to address and resolve interpersonal conflicts
Counsel workers for discipline, absenteeism, and unsatisfactory performance
Ensure safety and security of the people and resources at the plant and evaluate for improvement
Conduct analysis on absenteeism and turnover and take appropriate actions to reduce them
HR Issues: Preparing HR Policies & HR planning, Handling Recruitment and selection, Training and Development, Employee relation and disciplinary procedure, Performance Management. Compensation & Benefits Management.
Monitoring all sort of HR, Admin & Compliance related issues: Recruitment, Selection, Compensation & benefit, Maternity benefit, Earn leave settlement, Pay Roll, Group Insurance & claim processing, Leave management, Disciplinary action, Show cause, Warning letter, Suspension, Termination, Dismissal, Health & Safety, Worker motivation and training, Periodical check of Compliance related issues. Process all types of employee assessments like probationary assessment, yearly assessment, assessment for promotion, etc. Conduct periodic Performance Appraisal
To aware of the employees regarding health and safety issues.
To maintain all kinds of legal licenses.
Responsible for overall factory compliance issues.
Lead a team of compliance personnel in regularly inspecting multiple factory premises and proactively identifying all compliance lapses and taking measures for their rectification.
Maintain regular compliance reports and standards.
Collect regulatory documents relating to labor ordinance, occupational health & safety, and social responsibility, ethical trading, etc.
To follow up on the progress of the internal audit.
Any other task assigned by higher authority as and when required
The candidate should be well conversant with local labor laws, social compliance, technical, and RSC (ex-Accord) Standards.
To support the compliance team, solve technical problems and help them to prepare a corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First party & third party social compliance audits.
Preparing, organizing, and managing factory audits as per buyer's requirements including various social, ethical, technical, supply chain security and QMS audits.
To ensure all facilities involving health & safety especially fire safety measures and procedures.
Educational Requirements
Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements
5 to 8 year(s)

Strong interpersonal communication skills and good public relation
Able to think critically and creatively to solve problems
Conversant with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentation and email communication
Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Bangla
Must have excellent knowledge in Computer Operation and Strong Presentation Skill, Work under pressure, Strong Communication Skill.
