Interested in knowing our 6 Main Goals in the ED&I Space?🤔🙌
Reuben has always been passionate about creating more accessible, equitable, and inclusive processes for everyone involved in the . That's why we're thrilled to share our 6 main goals in the ED&I space with both our clients and candidates!
1. 🌟 Our first goal is to understand the identity, background, and circumstance of anyone currently in our talent pools. This will help us create a more diverse and inclusive hiring process that truly reflects the communities we serve.
2. 📈 Our second goal is to develop our own internal hiring process that aligns with our values of equity and inclusion. By doing so, we'll ensure that we're always hiring people who share our commitment to diversity.
3. 👨👩👧👦 Our third goals is to upskill and educate communities on best practices to ensure that everyone feels valued and included. This includes both our clients and candidates!
4. 💻 Our fourth goals is to ensure our processes and tech are fully accessible to everyone to not exclude anyone from hiring because of an unusable site.
5. 💰 Our fifth goals is being committed to transparency around salary equality. We want to ensure that everyone is paid fairly and equitably for their work.
6. 🏋️♂️ Finally, our sixth goal is prioritising internal development and training to ensure that we're always growing and learning as a team.
