The Equality Group Inclusive Index is a comprehensive tool for measuring diversity and inclusion within organisations. It allows you to benchmark yourself against similar organisations and understand how well you are communicating your diversity and inclusion efforts externally.

To make sure that your organisation ranks as highly as possible as we embark on scoring throughout January, make sure that:

- Your commitment and approach to diversity and inclusion is clear and easily found on your website
- You are transparent about where leadership stands on the topic
- You communicate your key policies explicitly
- Information about your company’s gender pay gap is available
- You have a publicly viewable social media profile

As this year draws to a close, we would like to take this opportunity to reflect and look forward.

Being reflective is a big part of our business as it helps us to connect and share as a team our aspirations, life challenges, growing moments and achievements. This year some of those have been:

- Growing our Equality Group team - onboarding exceptional talent, building new relationships and working together on exhilarating mandates
- Launching our Inclusive Index and scoring over 300 PE & VC firms
- The Diversity Playbook, written by our CEO Hephzi Pemberton, became an Amazon bestseller in the International Business and Finance category
- We have placed incredible candidates out of which 84.6% were Female and 38.5% were Ethnic Minorities
- Consulted funds with a combined AUM of £256 bn

As we look into the New Year, we feel excited about the upcoming projects and mandates but more so, we feel privileged and grateful to have the opportunity to work with exceptional clients, impressive candidates and to build a more diverse and inclusive industry.
