Mia is pure entrepreneurial royalty, growing her business from just £6K initial start up funds to unicorn status in just 15 years 🤯👏👏👏

In the discussions, Sally shares the realistic and 'behind the scenes' experiences that come with starting a business - especially as a solo female - and the pressures that come with superscaling. The truths are there to help other women in business recognise their own highs and lows with hopefully some helpful advice on navigating challenges and change.

We are proud to have been supporting Cenomi Centers and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield to prepare for the launch of The Kingdom's first Westfield destinations, delivering the Guest Ambassador training programme.

Through immersive learning, role-play simulations and opening-readiness activities, we have helped to build confidence, skills and the service culture needed to create memorable guest experiences.

As the doors open, we are excited to see this incredible team bring world-class hospitality to life and set a new benchmark for guest experience in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

At Ethos Farm, menopause awareness is not a one-off initiative, it’s an important part of being a supportive and inclusive workplace.

Over the past two years, we've been fortunate to work alongside menopause specialist Amelie Prot , building awareness, providing wellbeing support and equipping our leaders with the skills and confidence to have supportive conversations and create environments where people feel comfortable to come forward and ask for help.

Most recently, this has included dedicated training through our Leadership Academy, helping leaders build trust, create psychological safety and better support colleagues through menopause and other life challenges.

This is just one part of our ongoing journey, and we're looking forward to rolling out further menopause support for all our people later this year.

David Hughes joins Ethos Farm as Non-Executive Director : Moodie Davitt Report

We are delighted to announce the appointment of our first Non-Executive Director, David Hughes who is joining our award-winning family following a distinguished career spanning global travel retail, consumer goods and international commercial leadership.

Most recently, David served as Business Unit Director for the Nordics, Baltics and Caucasus at Bacardi, where he was responsible for driving performance across eleven markets. During his thirteen years at Bacardi, David held several senior roles within the organisation including European Director for the Global Travel Retail division with responsibility for the Global Brand Advocacy Programme.

David's appointment adds even more to our senior leadership team as we continue our rapid growth trajectory and build on the three consecutive years that we have featured in the Sunday Times 100 list of Britain's Fastest Growing Private Companies and wider accolades in global customer and employee experience.
