Yesterday we celebrated some of the most exceptional and extraordinary examples of service excellence among our colleagues with our legendary Pink Letter Day of recognition.

For our UK colleagues, this is a chance to come together, hear the wonderful stories about individual Ethos Farmers from all our client locations and how they have demonstrated outstanding commitment to customer experience.

All nominees are celebrated and entered into a draw with two runner-up prizes of £250 and two top prizes of £1,250 towards a holiday of their choosing!

We are feeling on cloud 9 this morning after picking up a UK Customer Experience Awards Gold with our awesome clients Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield across Westfield London and Stratford City.

This one means something very close to all of our hearts as it is for Best CX for Vulnerable Customers.

Ever since our partnership began in 2019, we have been on a mission to make both Westfield Centres among the most accessible places in the UK and this recognition marks years of dedication, hard work and focus throughout Westfield and Ethos Farm.

Thank you Awards International for the recognition and to Emma Dark CCXP and Ian Golding for presenting such a fabulous night.

As our tenth birthday celebrations continue we even managed to smuggle in a few 10th birthday balloons which were still floating around on the dance floor at the end of the evening!

Our fundraising was nominated for a Just Giving Award because we hit the top 5% of Just Giving Fundraisers and we achieved a Fund Raising Superhero Certificate 🎉🎉

Well done Team Ethos and of course this was all in memory of Sinead Moodie and the brilliant KickCancerThon set up by Martin Moodie for the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. 🩷

We’re delighted to have been awarded a new contract term to provide Battersea Power Station’s Experience Team across guest services, commercial front of house, residential concierge, and car park.

We love the work that we do at this iconic destination, where people live, work, shop and play.

Our journey started here in 2022 and we’re proud of the experiences that we create and the work of everyone on our team who makes this happen.

We’re excited for the journey ahead as we work as part of the wider Battersea Power Station team to create exceptional experiences for everyone.
